Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HEROIC FLEX. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our training programs.

Enrollment Fees:

All enrollment fees for our running training programs are non-refundable once paid. This includes fees for individual sessions, group sessions, and any other training programs offered by HEROIC FLEX.

Refunds for Cancellations:

In the event that HEROIC FLEX cancels a training session or program, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the canceled session or program. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. 

Participant Cancellations:

Participants are responsible for attending the scheduled training sessions. If a participant is unable to attend and provides notice to HEROIC FLEX at least 5 days in advance, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the academy. However, refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire enrollment fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, participants must contact HEROIC FLEX via email at info@heroicflex.com. Refund requests must include the participant’s name, program details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the refund request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on the payment method and financial institution.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Heroic Flex reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
